1. Why We Collect Personal Information

We use personal information throughout our screening process for purposes such as: making edits to the application form, verifying qualifications, notifying applicants of recruitment results, and securing of a smooth communication channel with applicants.


2. What Information We Collect
    Required items: name, date of birth, mobile phone number, email address, resume, and cover letter
    Optional items: Homepage/SNS, portfolio (employment/career information, past projects, etc.)
    In addition, the following information may be automatically generated and collected during the recruitment process
    : IP address, cookies, date and time of visit, job application, records of fraud, device information (OS, screen size, unique device identifiers)

3. Retention and Use of Personal Information

We store job applicants' information for one year. If a suitable position arises, we will contact you. However, if you would like to remove your personal information from our database, your information will be deleted without delay.


4. Right to Refuse Consent and Potential Disadvantages

If desired, applicants may refuse consent to the above stipulations regarding the collection and use of personal information.
However, if you do not agree to the collection of your personal information, the recruitment process may be restricted or halted.


If false information is discovered on the hiring application, employment can be terminated even after a hiring decision is made.
