We offer KRW 2,000,000 as a signing bonus to new employees who submit their job application through illuminarean’s website.

Eligibility: Applies to all regular positions filled via the illuminarean website, including Talent Pool registrations.

Requirement: The bonus is awarded after a minimum of 1 year of employment.

Amount: KRW 2,000,000

Payment Date: The bonus is paid on the salary day coinciding with your first work anniversary.

Taxation: The bonus will be paid after deducting applicable taxes as per income tax laws.

Note: The bonus is a celebration for those who continue with illuminarean; it is not awarded if employment ends within the first 18 months.
